Unfortunately, with most short haircuts you can't tie your hair back. "So there's no point trying to create a ponytail or a chignon

There are ways to hold short hair in place without tying it back. "Create different effects: slick your hair down, create a French twist... It all depends on how long your hair is really. If you have really short hair, play around with fixing gel!" Our tip:
Rather than tying up your hair, why not use a headband to keep it in place in style? The headband adds a bohemian and feminine touch to any style. Simply place it on your head and the job's a good'un! © Pixelformula/Paul & Joe prêt-à-porter show, Spring-Summer 2013 © Jean Louis David
