The eye-grazing fringe
Following on from the side fringe, here’s the eye-grazing fringe for a touch of mystery. Though it’s not always practical in terms of being able to see, this fringe is ultra-charming and can be worn to suit any style.
For a punk look. The eye-grazing fringe is basically just the result of a grown-out side-fringe. It reaches to about the top of your nose. For a punk or rock effect, leave it to casually cover part of your eye. For a dishevelled look, dry your hair naturally using your fingers and a styling mousse to add texture and body.
For a retro look. Cover your eye for an irresistible femme fatale effect. To do this, start by applying a serum to wet hair to tame any frizz and leave your hair looking sleek and shiny. To get this retro look, go for subtle, ultra-chic waves. Use wide-barrelled curling tongs to work on your mid-lengths. Spray a layer of hairspray to keep it all in place!
For a chic look. For a more classic look, you’re going to need super-straight hair. Apply a smoothing heat protector spray to damp hair to protect it from the heat of your straighteners and make it easier to style. Blow-dry your hair then use your straighteners to create a perfectly straight fringe!
