Celebrating Halloween is a chance to mark the occasion with a specially designed hairstyle without trying to scare anyone who comes your way. To create this hairstyle, blow dry your hair upside down to add volume. Next, style your hair by bringing your fringe over your eyes. Your fringe must be fine and thinned so that you can see clearly. Apply mousse to the lengths and dry for a controlled tousled look. Apply a layer of hairspray and you’re ready to go… And ward off any Halloween ghosts!
