The fuzzy chignon. This hairstyle is perfect for women in a hurry. Just like the messy chignon, it is feminine, urban and can be worn during the day. Backcombed, disheveled and haphazard, you are bound to like the fuzzy chignon. To create it, simply part your hair on the side of your choice then gather your hair together to create a low chignon. To give your low chignon some volume, backcomb your hair and tie it up as you wish. The messier the better!
 
The chic chignon. Considered one of the most elegant styles around, the chic chignon is perfect for a sophisticated night out. But that’s not all. For a few seasons now, the chic chignon has been worn at any time of day for a refined finish. The complete opposite of the fuzzy chignon, with this one not a hair should be out of place. To create the chic chignon, part your hair on the side of your choice and slick down your hair on the other side. Make sure everything is looking nice and neat. Wear halfway up for a touch of sophistication.
 
Our verdict. As they are both so easy to wear it’s difficult to choose between them! But our heart is leaning towards the fuzzy chignon, new for this season. This version of the chignon offers a glamorous, original hairstyle. Whether you decide to wear it during the day or on a night out, don’t change a thing. Any pieces of hair that fall out provide a boho touch, which can be adapted and worn for any occasion.
