A closer look at the new Jean Louis David S-Wave treatment
Jean Louis David now has a new temporary hair treatment available in its salons. The new S-Wave treatment creates beautiful beach-worthy waves. These waves are S shaped, hence the name of this exclusive new salon treatment.
The temporary effects will gradually fade over time. ‘S-Wave is not a perm hair treatment. Your modern waves will last for around 6-8 weeks. After this point, your hair will return to its natural state’.
The aim of the service is to give you natural looking curls that are more relaxed than the permanent type. ‘The treatment gives the impression that your hair is naturally wavy. However, your new curls will still need to be styled to give them a boost each day. Beachspray is the perfect way to enhance your new waves and keep them in place as long as possible’.
If your hair is fine or highlighted, you should avoid the S-Wave treatment. ‘The service is suited to women with medium to thick hair. S-Wave is not effective on fine hair, leaving little or no result. Once this quick treatment has been applied, you can then go ahead and color or gloss your hair as usual’.
Our tip: Try out the S-Wave before summer to create holiday-inspired beach waves. Or, pop along to our salons for the treatment after coming home from a relaxing break, to prolong your beachy waves.
