Summer styles set to survive the winter
With each season comes its own set of trendy hairstyles. But some trends manage to stay on top for several seasons. Here’s a look at the hairstyles you were wearing this summer that you can keep this winter!
The bob. Not just for the sweet and innocent look, the bob is here to stay this season. This winter, it should be tousled, wavy almost. It can be centre parted or side parted with a side fringe to add movement and modernity to the cut. Easy to create and low-maintenance, the bob is likely to win over more than just one fashionista!
Long and wavy. Up until now, wavy styles were saved for summer. Today, this just-back-from-the-beach effect is a firm favourite of all trend seekers whatever the season. The effect is easy to create at home or in the salon with the Wavy treatment and will find it hard not to please those after natural movement in their hair. The boho vibe is set to set follow you through winter to help you face those dull days with a smile. For optimum results, look after your mid-lengths and ends. A well-kept haircut is a successful haircut!
The side braid. Undisputedly one of the stars of the spring-summer season, the braid is solidifying its rise up the ranks and is going nowhere, despite the oncoming chill. This romantic and bohemian style is perfect for days spent lounging around in the sun. But it also works very well for our winter days. Worn with a satin headband or under a hat, the side braid is the go-to feminine hairstyle.
