How to create a double chignon
Here’s our step-by-step guide to creating a double chignon.
–
Step 1:
Create a centre parting and brush your hair back into a low ponytail
Step 2:
When you’ve created your ponytail, tuck the ends of your hair into the hair band. These should not be visible. Aim for a vertical chignon.
Step 3:
Take a hair band and tie it around the middle of the chignon that you created with the previous step. Tighten it to create volume on either side of the band. Each side should be even.
Step 4:
Apply a layer of hairspray across the whole style.
