Step-by-step: Simone Rocha’s intertwined braids

Share
Step 1: The key words to keep in mind when creating your hairstyle are ‘feminine’ and ‘romantic’. Intertwined braids should look messy and natural, not super sleek. Begin by separating your hair into three different sections.

Step 2: Next, braid each section into a French braid. Don’t worry if some strands escape as this will add to your look. Secure with a discreet hair tie which matches your natural hair color.

Step 3: After creating your braids, these 3 sections now need to combine to form one mega braid. Starting from the nape of the neck, ravel your three plaits around each other haphazardly for a bohemian look that is completely unique.

Step 4: You’ll need a few bobby pins to secure this final braid into place. Pin around the base to secure and keep our style in its shape for hours on end. Finally, spray all over with hairspray for a long-lasting hold.
