My Halloween hairstyle
Like every year, the 31st of October is Halloween, a tradition celebrated all over the world, the day before All Hallows’ Day! And the tradition lives on again this year. But you won’t be wearing a pumpkin on your head: you want to scare in style!
You could have simply stuck on a witch’s hat or a wig, but you’ve decided to go for something more original. You want to stand out at your fancy-dress party. Whether you’re blonde or brunette, there’s no need to get your hair coloured. Simply funk your hair up a little and opt for dark make-up with smoky eyes and black or midnight blue nails.
For an electrifying hairstyle, you’ll need mid-length or long hair. Start by creating a high ponytail, slicking your hair back as you go. Then move on to the lengths. Backcomb to add volume and texture, then style with your fingers using a styling product. Using a fixing gel, play around with your lengths and fix them in place for a deliberately messy look. To accentuate shapes and movements, apply the fixing gel to damp hair then set your style in place with your hair dryer, using the cool heat setting. You are now ready to spread terror… with style!
