Hairstyle
Wild & messy short lengths
This season, short lengths are still on-trend. Make sure your look is up to date by taking inspiration from the Patricia Viera Spring-summer 2015 runway and opt for a short layered crop combined with messy styling and texture.
The trend. Models were styled with short, messy pixie crops which revealed the nape of the neck and opened up the face. Hair was given added oomph thanks to an injection of texture which added a rock-n-roll feel. This “bedhead” look was styled to perfection and retained an elegant feel. As for color, subtle highlights were carefully placed to add dimension.
Get the runway look. Make like the runway models and pair your messy do with sophisticated pieces, such as an elegant outfit or sleek make-up look. Opt for a feminine finish to counterbalance your rough and ready hairstyle. Whatever the occasion, this combination will instantly create a chic and rebel-vibe.
Step-by-step tutorial. Start by washing hair with Hydration and Suppleness from the Oil Therapy range to make hair appear glossier and in top condition. Next, apply Foamer Texture & Hold to damp hair to boost volume before proceeding to styling. Using your hairdryer and fingertips, mess up your locks to get that wild effect. Complete the look with an even layer of hairspray.
