My sales shopping hairstyle
The winter sales aren’t over yet, so there’s still a bit of time to grab yourself some bargains. And the further we get into the sales, the lower the prices get, so it’d be a shame not to take advantage! But sales shopping can often be a bit of a marathon, so it’s a good idea to prepare yourself… mentally and physically!
In terms of clothes, it’s best to wear something comfortable and easy to take off, because you’ll no doubt be spending a lot of time trying things on! Stick to flat shoes that are easy to take off. That way you’ll be able to get round the many miles of shops, face the queues for the tills and take your shoes off in two seconds flat. And steer clear of tights – not very practical if you’re having to take them off and put them back on 10 times a day! Also stick to shoulder bags rather than handbags.
As for your hair, go for an up-do. Why not take inspiration from Alexis Mabille with the high chignon. No need to worry about keeping your hair perfectly straight or wavy. Simply brush your hair to get it looking nice and neat then pull into a high ponytail. Twist it roughly around your hair band. For an original touch, try this style with two symmetrical partings at the top of your head, and join them up at the base of your ponytail. This style looks great on both straight and curly hair.
