My Christmas day hairstyle
Long gone are the days you used to dress up as a princess every other day. However, you won’t object to wearing a jewelled hairband or tiara on your birthday…why not! This year, you’ve even decided to keep up this theme by creating a star-inspired hairstyle for Christmas day. It’s true that we should make more of an effort to dress up for special occasions!
Celebrating Christmas means revisiting your childhood, so why not toast the occasion with a sparkly hairstyle? Had a late night on Christmas eve? Then don’t try anything too advanced. For a quirky, unique hairstyle that puts your Christmas decorations to shame, opt for some dazzling hair accessories. Get ready to steal the limelight this Christmas!
To get the look seen on the Lanvin catwalk, create a side parting on one side of your head. Don’t worry about getting it perfectly neat, you don’t need to straighten or smooth your hair down, as you’re after an urban chic look. Tie your hair up into a ponytail at the base of the neck. Loosen a few strands of hair around your face. To finish your style, place your jewelled hairband or tiara onto the top of the head and voila… a real-life modern day princess. What better to get the attention of your lovely relatives on Christmas day!
