Blonde hair: my ponytail trend for fall 2015
Are you a fan of the ponytail? Discover an elegant version of this hairstyle which you should adopt! It was seen at the Allude Spring-Summer 2015 fashion show during Paris Fashion Week.
The trend
The model has long, dark blonde hair which is tied up into a low ponytail. It is also combed back so it is out of her face. This hairstyle is structured by a rather discreet side parting. Such a style allows attention to be drawn to her hair’s golden blonde shine and to highlight its luminous color. If you have also opted for a subtle effect such as a Gloss, Contrast or Sunlight effect, you can count on this ponytail to show it off!
How do I do it?
This hairstyle suits all clothing styles, whatever they may be! Why? It’s simple and timeless, without being too ‘out there’. It’s down to you to make it more fun with an original accessory or, on the contrary, more chic with sophisticated head jewellery. As for make-up, you can be as daring as you like but keep in mind that some make-up enhances your blonde hair.
Your hairstyle step by step
Wash your hair with Moisture and Lightness shampoo from the Oil Therapy range. Your aim: to deeply hydrate your hair and boost its shine. Preferably let your hair dry naturally, apply thermo-active care, then use a straightener to straighten it section by section. After, roughly mark out a side parting. Gather your hair at the nape of your neck and tie it up into a ponytail using a transparent hair tie. Once it’s flattened down, consider carefully straightening it out with a fine comb so all of the hints of blonde are highlighted. To finish, spray on Shine Spray: thanks to this little tip, you will have hair as glossy as this model.
