3 hairstyles fit for sport
Some of us want to look perfect in every situation, even if it’s just heading to your weekly yoga or gym session! To get your hair looking trendy and practical, here are 3 styling ideas that are perfect for getting sporty.
The sweatband. To perspire in peace, go for the sweatband. Not the ultra feminine bow or bejewelled headband, but the sixties wide sweatband which will keep your hair out of your face. No need to worry about hair in your eyes and you can style your hair in whichever way tickles your fancy. This XXL headband can be worn with hair down (preferably slightly dishevelled) or tied up (think chignons and ponytails).
The wet look. If you tend to end up with a damp T-shirt and hair, get ahead of yourself with this wet look! This hairstyle can be worn in many ways; either on short, slicked back hair or on mid-length or long hair tied back into a ponytail or half ponytail, only working the wet look on top.
The messy chignon. This style is easy to create and is perfect for keeping your hair out of your way while you’re doing sport. Brush your hair and pull it back so it’s nice and slick. Use an anti-frizz serum for a really immaculate look. Now tie your hair into a fairly high ponytail. Next, create a messy-look chignon by rolling the lengths around your hair band. Secure in place using hair pins.
