Streetstyle: wearing a felt hat in summer
The hairstyle. Our streetstyle wearer today has long blonde locks which are covered with a felt hat, which is often considered to be for the winter season. However, she carries off this head accessory perfectly with the rest of her outfit, meaning she can safely protect both her face and mid-lengths from the beating sun. Copy our streetstyle pick and opt for a protective spray such as Sun Therapy, then simply add your hat and you’re good to go! Try not to pull your accessory too tightly onto your head, as this can restrict the airflow to the scalp and create greasy roots.
The look. Her style has a distinctly bohemian-chic feel. The base of her outfit is centred on a tunic which is belted at the waist. On top she accessorizes with a gilet and hobo bag in tan leather. To compliment her golden accessories, a felt hat and oversized sunglasses make her look like a glamorous star. This girl sure knows how to put an outfit together!
Tip of the day. Does wearing a hat tend to leave your hair feeling oily and greasy? Try using Control Therapy Shampoo which should regulate the problem. And don’t forget to always carry a mini dry shampoo for midday touch ups and added freshness.
