Streetstyle: making the most of thick hair
Her hairstyle? Fresh and natural. A simple side parting and hair is left loose for an ultra-summery style with nothing to hold it back! For this type of hairstyle you need an impeccable haircut. The ends must be trimmed regularly and perfectly hydrated.
Her look? Light, fresh and feminine. Our streetstyle of the day has gone for a pastel t-shirt dress, a big trend this season. She teams it with patent derby shoes and cute socks to add a retro touch to her outfit. This urban, school-uniform-inspired outfit is perfect for this new season.
Tip of the day. Thick hair often suffers from frizz, or flyaway hair that simply won’t stay in place. There of several ways of getting rid of this frizz. If it’s due to a lack of hydration, use nourishing hair masks. If this doesn’t help, spray hairspray onto a comb and use it to style your hair. Or, apply a serum to clean, damp hair.
