Netting makes an appearance on the catwalks
Does incorporating a piece of net into your style seem a bit strange to you? Think again, as netting is set to be a big trend this season and was recently spotted on the Véronique Leroy Autumn-Winter 2014-2015 catwalk show. Let’s take a closer look.
The trend. This winter, netting is set to be huge, from clothing to underwear and even accessories. Both sexy and feminine, this delicate material will instantly vamp up your look for a chic finish. Want to look original as well as on-trend? Take direct inspiration from the catwalks and incorporate yours into your style for maximum impact.
Who can wear the hair net? Anybody who wants to add a retro-chic vibe to their hairstyle. Netting is a great accessory for both daytime and evening occasions, creating a trendy yet sophisticated feel. Try out this look for yourself if you don’t believe us!
Get the runway look. Start by creating a ponytail or chignon on freshly washed and blow-dried locks. Next, take a medium-sized section of netting and tuck into your hair tie, allowing the majority to hang out loosely. Complete the look with a layer of hairspray to keep your style in place all day long and voila! Get ready to turn heads!
