Autumn 2018/2019: what haircut is best for September?

Short, mid-length or long: this autumn’s must-have hairstyles suit all different lengths. Read on to find out what your next new look will be!

The bob haircut

Still extremely popular, the bob can be worn in 2 different lengths this September. Either super-short and chin length at the sides for a bold look, or almost mid-length for an effortless style with longer locks at the base of the neck (provided that the tips do not reach shoulder length). It is down to you to decide whether you want to top it off with a fringe or not!

Natural locks

Simplicity is a must for long haircuts this autumn. Layers have been replaced by very natural locks, barely structured by a blunt cut or, better still, subtly thinned out to reduce the volume and to add movement to the hairstyle. With this pared-down way of wearing long hair, you can’t get away with dull, lifeless locks or split ends! To rock this look, you should have locks that shine with health.

The personalised super-short look

Super-short locks are once again highly on trend. The pixie cut is leading the way with its distinctive tomboyish look that is still incredibly feminine. It is suitable for all hair types and can accommodate a range of hair lengths and looks as the mood takes you. Sexy layers can perfectly mirror the contours of the face, and a slightly longer front section can create movement to one side. The most daring amongst us can try out a crew cut for that unabashed androgynous style.
