Streetstyle: deliberately dishevelled hair
Her look? Our aspiring fashionista proves to us that you can chic up any pair of jeans if you mix and match them with the right items. She’s gone for slim blue jeans and teamed them with a loose-fit military blazer. Not very girlie you’re thinking. Well! By throwing on a cute, straight-cut coat whose pastel colour matches her heels, she’s got it spot on. A simple look which demonstrates her fashion knowledge.
Her hairstyle? This trendy chica is sporting a dishevelled-look hairstyle which features a perfectly maintained colour, with no visible roots and healthy mid-lengths and ends. Our look of the day obviously has her hair trimmed regularly to avoid split ends. She enhances her cool, bright colour with a red lipstick for a striking contrast!
Tip of the day. To create this deliberately dishevelled style, hair needs to be smooth and flexible. To get rid of frizz, use a serum that is applied to wet hair. Brush your hair then tie into a loose, low ponytail. Leave a few pieces to fall loosely on either side of your face. Loose but tame! Keep everything in place with a layer of hairspray.
