3 on-trend hats you need this winter
This season, accessories are your best friend when it comes to nailing a stylish look. Discover our top 3 hats that are both on-trend and comfortable to wear which were spotted on Autumn-Winter 2014-2015’s catwalk shows.
The fedora. Bring out your inner gangster-girl thanks to this feminine and chic take on an old classic. This look was spotted on the Alexis Mabille runway at Paris Fashion Week. For 2015, wear yours oversized in a felt-style material. Your fedora shouldn’t appear too tight and should be worn loosely on top of your head for an effortless effect with loose hair. Brims were wide, taking inspiration from the floppy boho hat.
The statement bowler hat. This must-have was seen on the Emporio Armani runway at Milan Fashion Week. This extravagant accessory creates the perfect blend of masculine-feminine without looking over the top. Pile your locks inside the top of the hat for a chic, boyish take on accessories.
The cloche hat. The cloche hat is a symbol of elegance and takes us back to the roaring 20s, despite being spotted very recently on the Agnès B catwalk in Paris. This look should be worn just like it was over 90 years ago with hair tucked away out of sight. Want to bring this accessory up to date? Allow your lengths to flow loose for a touch of girly-chic.
