Spring must-have: the floral crown
Fallen head over heels in love with the floral crowns spotted on the Marchesa Spring-Summer 2015 runway at Paris Fashion Week? Let’s take a closer look at this on-trend accessory…
The trend. Long wavy lengths which fell loosely around the shoulders. Hair was lifted thanks to a subtle Sunlight treatment which helps reflect light. The defining detail to this look was without a doubt the statement floral crowns. Positioned on top of the head, this accessory brightens up the whole look and adds that little bit extra.
Who can wear the floral crown? Anybody who loved the ‘romantic’ trend and who is looking for a timeless, elegant accessory to wear this spring-summer. Not sure how to wear flowers in your hair? It’s simple! This headband is ideal for any occasion and will add a bohemian feel to your whole outfit, whatever your style. The ideal event would be for a wedding, whether you’re the lucky bride or just a guest.
Get the runway look. Start by washing hair with Hydration and Suppleness Shampoo, then allow to air dry. Create a neat centre parting and allow your lengths to flow naturally. Next, place your floral crown on top of your head, pushing it down slightly over your forehead. And voila! A spring-like accessory that is oh-so chic.
