Routines for healthy hair this September

As you come to the end of the holiday season, your hair has never looked so radiant! But that doesn’t mean you shouldn’t consider following a routine to keep your hair looking ultra-healthy.
 
If you were careful to protect your hair from the sun during summer, then it is no doubt looking wonderful! “If during the holidays you used protective and hydrating treatments, the benefits will no doubt be showing. Continue looking after it by nourishing it regularly. After washing your hair, apply nourishing and hydrating treatments. Not only will your colour look immaculate, but your hair will feel softer and more deeply nourished.”
 
Though your hair colour is looking flawless right now, that shouldn’t stop you from heading to the salon. “Whether it’s to have your ends trimmed or to pamper your fragile hair, a post-holiday trip to the salon will do your hair the world of good.”
 
Some people find that their hair lacks vitality when they get back from holiday, or that they’re starting to lose more hair as autumn approaches. “Consider taking vitamin supplements. These will give your hair a boost of life. Try vitamin B6, B12 or magnesium, these will give your hair strength and shine during this transition period.”
 
Our tip: To keep your hair looking radiant for as long as possible, massage your scalp. This will leave your hair looking healthier. Massage your scalp, lifting your hair to relax and oxygenise it. Do this whenever you can.
