Did you know... your hair says a lot about who you are?

That’s right, your hair reveals more than you think! It can show what kind of lifestyle you have and how well you take care of yourself, meaning you shouldn’t ignore what your hair is telling you. Find out more.

Your hair says something about your health. If you have an unbalanced diet or health problems, this will most likely have an effect on your hair. Because hair is fed via a network of blood vessels, they require a certain micronutrient of vitamins and proteins that are essential to keep your locks in top condition. Your hair also reveals exactly what you have ingested, which is why hair is used for medical examinations and during forensics. Finally, it can also reveal any underlying issues such as stress or extreme fatigue. The expression ‘turning your hair grey’ is appropriate in more than one sense here!

Your hair is an indicator of personality. For the vast majority of civilizations, healthy hair has been a sign of beauty, femininity and seduction, as well as a way to define yourself from others. It’s therefore extremely important to choose the right cut and color adapted to suit your individual personality; something which you will feel comfortable wearing every day. Your hair will remain with you for most of your life and will change as you do: a post-breakup make-over or post-pregnancy re-style might be exactly what you need. Your hair is always a great way to express yourself and allow yourself to grow.
