Mini-buns

Mini-buns boost your style giving you a retro look. They are also an original and on trend alternative to classic chignons. The main advantage of this hairstyle? It can be adapted in several different ways according to your desired look: increase the amount of small chignons, position them in different places on your head or change their thickness. To achieve this, firstly form a ponytail with a section of hair which will be used to create the chignon. Then twist your hair, before wrapping it in on itself. Finally, fix the whole look with as many hairpins as required.

The high ponytail

This is the year of the high ponytail! It is seen everywhere, whether it be on the red carpet, on the catwalk during Fashion Weeks or on the high street. It guarantees an elegant look, whilst perfectly keeping your hair out of your face. To create this look, use a flat brush, straighten your hair and then tie it up at the top of your head. Allow your hair to fall down as it is. To finish, apply a small amount of gel to your roots to obtain a flawless result.

Mid-length and layered hair

This haircut was all the rage in the 90s and is making a big comeback in 2016. It’s the famous ” Rachel Cut ” from the series Friends, which made a mark on a whole generation of women. It frames the face with perfectly layered hair. It also emphasizes the hair’s thickness by maximising its volume. As for length, it comes down to the shoulders, as if you had let a long bob grow out. Furthermore, this modern and timeless cut is ultra-easy to wear on a daily basis: it will adapt to your style, whatever that may be, even in 2016!
