Our favourite May hairstyle

In summer, hair should be natural, tousled and hassle-free. Ultra-romantic and easy to create, we’ve found the ideal hairstyle for long hair.

This spring-summer season, the catwalks have been brimming with nonchalant hairstyles. So it’s hardly surprising this trend has also found its way onto the high street. Without going as extreme as you would with a neo-grunge style, hair should be roughed-up. Work the laid-back look for a wild and elegant effect.

A natural, “just-got-out-of-bed” look still requires a bit of work! Leave your hair to dry naturally then work your fingers through it. Create a centre parting then backcomb all over for added volume. To give your hair a wild feel, use a styling mousse to twist long sections and roll them up on themselves.
