Hair Resolution n°2: the scalp massage

January is the month for making important decisions. It’s the time to make a list of New Year’s resolutions, and to stick to them. After having decided to start using heat-protector products, here’s another good habit to add to your beauty regime: giving yourself scalp massages to achieve shiny and strong hair. Here’s why and how.

As well as your hair, your scalp also needs some TLC! Massaging your scalp is the only way to stimulate microcirculation and soften the scalp and therefore to help it breath. For stunning hair, get into the habit right away!

Ideally you should massage your hair in the shower, at the same time as shampooing. Put your hands on either side of your head and start massaging with the ends of your fingers, making circular movements. After only one or two minutes your scalp will start to soften up! Remember that your temples shouldn’t be massaged.

One hair resolution you can start straight away!
