Streetstyle battle: who wore the ponytail best?

Their hairstyles. Our first streetstyler has gone for a side ponytail with curly lengths in a light red shade with brown lowlights around the nape of the neck. This style creates a retro feel which is perfect for showing off her long locks. As for our second streetstyle pick, she has created a high-slung ponytail with a retro twist, echoing the 90s trend. She’s paired this with one of this season’s must-haves; a curtain fringe.

Their look. Streetstyler number 1 has selected a light blue jumper dress which is cinched in at the waist. This is paired with grey tights and coordinating boots. In terms of accessories, more is definitely more thanks to an assortment of golden chains around her neck. Meanwhile, a subtle black handbag rests in the crook of her arm. This look is simple and casual, completely different to our second streetstyler! The latter has chosen a more sophisticated vibe made up of navy pieces. An oversized jacket and midi skirt combine with a statement handbag and look-at-me sunnies. Finally, leopard print moccasins keep her look modern and funky.

Our favorite. Although both of our streetstyle picks today have nailed their beauty look, we’ve decided that our second streetstyle wins hands down. She has combined timeless pieces that are on-trend for spring 2015 for a chic, polished end result. Why not try the high ponytail for yourself to liven up your hairstyles this season?
