Hairstyle

The perfect mix: super-long locks and doe-eyed make-up

This spring, why not pair a glamorous hairstyle with a polished make-up look for an uber feminine feel? Get inspired by taking a look at the recent Chanel Spring-Summer 2015 runway show at Paris Fashion Week.

The trend. Hair was worn long, straight and glossy, structured with a center parting. Models’ lengths tumbled down to the décolletage whilst the ends were lightly flicked outwards. This style was paired with a doe-eyed make-up look to create a sensual, feminine feel.

Who can wear this glamorous combo? Anybody who likes to define their eyes and is a fan of all things retro-glam. This combo works great when worn with a more sophisticated outfit, for example to go to work. Or, you can even wear this style for a glamorous evening event with your favorite LBD.

Get the runway look. Wash hair with Nutrition and Shine shampoo. Your goal should be to soften and nourish! Dry with your blow dryer before moving on to styling. If your hair is naturally curly, you’ll need to use straighteners to smooth out any kinks. Next, create a neat center parting and bring your lengths around to the front to sit on your shoulders. Set in place with hairspray, then move onto make-up. Even out your complexion with a touch of foundation, then reach for your favorite black eyeliner. Draw a very fine line, close to the base of your lashes, flicking outwards and upwards slightly. For the final touch, curl your lashes and add a few coats of curl-effect mascara to complete the look.
