Streetstyle: the sporty half ponytail

Her hairstyle? Casual and sporty. Our streetstyle of the day wants to be comfortable at all times and not have to worry about her hairstyle getting in the way. So she has set her heart on the half ponytail, one of the most practical day-to-day styles. It’s easy: take a section of hair from the front of your head and pull it back, securing in the centre of your scalp. The half ponytail looks great on straight or curly, long or mid-length hair.

Her look? Sporty through and through, she also manages to look feminine and ultra-trendy. She teams her blue mini skirt and white, orange-neck t-shirt with bright orange accessories. She even braves a pair of mirror-effect sunglasses, one of this season’s must-have accessories. A perfect outfit to bring out the sports diva in her.

Tip of the day. To create this simple half ponytail, brush your hair and divide into two sections, one at the front and one at the back. Tie the hair you’ve pulled back into a ponytail using a bungee band. Wear it straight or curly.
