My hair is dry, what should I do?

Your hair is dry, breaking and feels rough. It also looks dull and is difficult to detangle… Here are our solutions to regain hair which is soft, shiny and breathes vitality in the quickest possible way!

Maintain your hair with targeted treatments

Opt for ultra-hydrating products. Those from the Hydra Therapy range have been designed for you! One to three times a week, wash your hair with Hydration and Suppleness shampoo. This will gently clean your hair and give it luminous shine. Furthermore, you can alternate it with Moisture and Lightness shampoo from the Oil Therapy range. This is also perfect for making your hair soft and shiny.

Furthermore, at all costs, you should nourish your dry hair regularly. Your essential treatment? The hair mask! . Choose one enriched in plant oils (shea, argan, almond, olive…) for maximum nutrition. Just after shampooing, allow it to soak into damp, wrung out hair for 3-20 minutes. Then rinse it thoroughly in clean water. You’ll see, your hair will be instantly reinvigorated.

Avoid damaging or making your hair weak

Space out the use of heating devices. You don’t have to stop using them but don’t use them on a daily basis. Always apply thermo-active treatment before using them to perfectly protect your locks. Furthermore, always favour air drying. Finally, avoid multiple colourings so you don’t dry out the hair fibre even more.

Be more vigilant in summer

This is quite obviously THE season when your dry hair suffers the most. Salt, chlorine or UV rays are damaging factors which dry out and make your hair fragile. Therefore, consider constantly protecting your locks with a hair sun treatment, such as Multi-Purpose Leave-In Gel. Apply it every time you go for a swim or expose your hair to the sun.
