How to stop hair loss

You have a bit of a love-hate relationship with your hair. Sometimes it’s glossy, strong and healthy, and others it looks dull and lifeless and more of it is falling out than usual.
 
Hair loss has absolutely nothing to do with your hair type. “Everyone loses hair every day, it’s completely normal. It is simply the cycle renewing itself. When this happens, your hair falls out naturally. Every person loses an average of 100 hairs every day and there’s nothing you can do to stop it.
 
However, some hair loss can occur at different points in your life. “A few months after giving birth, women can lose a lot of hair. Once again, this is natural and only temporary. Hair loss can also occur as the seasons change. Hair loss tends to be worse in autumn than in summer. When this happens, there’s not much you can do other than take a few vitamin supplements.
 
If you notice significant hair loss over a long period fo time, try an anti-hair-loss treatment. “Some treatments contain vitamins that help with hair regrowth. Visit your pharmacy first, and if the problem persists, see your dermatologist.
 
Our tip: Even if you’re losing more hair than normal, don’t change how often you wash your hair. Continue using shampoos and masks designed for your hair type and rinse thoroughly to stop them weighing down your hair.
